Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

 

6. Manufacturer Warranty

We provide a 12 month/year warranty on all YURAY products, ensuring they are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use.

What is Covered:

  • Manufacturing defects such as stitching issues, broken zippers, or damaged straps.

  • Product defects under normal use conditions.

 

What is Not Covered:

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents.

  • Wear and tear from regular use, such as scratches, fading, and fraying.

  • Damage resulting from improper care, such as exposure to excessive moisture or extreme temperatures.

 

How to Claim Warranty:
To request warranty service, please contact us at support@yuray.co.uk with the following information:

  1. Proof of purchase (receipt or order number).

  2. A description of the defect.

  3. Photographs of the defect (if applicable).

 

Repair or Replacement:
Once we have reviewed the warranty claim, we will either repair or replace the defective product, at our discretion. If your warranty claim is approved, we will cover the cost of return shipping for the product.

 

Limitation of Liability:

The manufacturer’s liability under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product. We do not cover any incidental or consequential damages related to product defects.
