At YURAY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your bag, we offer the following return policy:
Eligibility for Return

You may return your bag within 30 days from the date of delivery.

The item must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags still attached.
How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@yuray.co.uk with your order number and a brief reason for the return.

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions for sending back the bag.
Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different bag, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
Faulty or Damaged Items

If your bag is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

We will provide a free return for faulty or damaged items and issue a full refund or replacement as preferred.

For items that are manufacturing defects (e.g., stitching issues, broken zippers, or other defects not caused by use), we will inspect the product and, if confirmed, offer either a refund or a replacement free of charge.

Please provide photos of the damage or defect to help us process your return more efficiently.
